Computer Renaissance opened its doors to the public in 1998, right on S Florida Ave in Lakeland, FL. A decade later, Computer Renaissance had undergone a namechange and became ComputerEdgge. Along with the new name came a bigger inventory and additional services. Today, ComputerEdgge is still one of the leading computer stores and IT solution providers for residential and business customers throughout Polk County.

Q: Is there a diagnostic fee? If so, how much is it?
A: There is a diagnostic fee of $35 only if you decide not to have any service done. If you get service or repairs done here at ComputerEdgge, the diagnostic fee is waived.
Q: How long do the repairs take?
A: Most repairs can be performed within 24 hours, granted no additional parts need to be ordered. After a diagnosis, an accurate time-frame can be provided for how long the repairs will take.
Q: Do the computers you sell carry a warranty?
A: All computers come with a warranty from ComputerEdgge, in addition to any warranty provided by the manufacturer on new computers. Our in-house warranty varies from 6 to 12 months. Extended warranties are available for purchase on select merchandise.
Q: Do you do house calls?
A: Absolutely! Give us a call and schedule a time for us to come out. We would be more than happy to help resolve whatever issue you are experiencing at home.
